A Maine-licensed tech from our family team will do the work and wear company ID. We’ll leave a short service report with photos so you know what we did.
We inspect attics, basements, and outside walls to find entry points, then set traps and seal openings with metal mesh and foam. We’ll give you a map of the fixes and come back until activity stops.
Quarterly outside treatments around your foundation, doors, and windows plus seasonal checks and free callbacks between visits. We also do limited inside spot treats if we find active pests.
Most Portland homes pay about $79–$99 per month for our Premium plan. One-time visits run $150–$400 based on the pest and home size.
We usually offer next-day service and same-day morning slots when we can. Hours are Mon–Fri 8am–6pm, Sat 9am–3pm, plus an on-call line for urgent bee or rodent calls.
