What does the Basic quarterly plan cover?
Our Basic plan includes four outside visits a year that focus on entry points and harborage, with inside spot-treats on request. It also includes free callbacks under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
How do you price a carpenter ant or WDO job for an older Victorian home?
We start with a $125 inspection and then give a written quote after we check wood, moisture, and access. Localized treatments usually run $250–$900; full-structure work is quoted as needed.
Do you offer same-day or emergency service if I see mice or bats in my house?
We offer same-day or next-day service and a 24/7 on-call line for verified emergencies. For true wildlife risks we triage by phone and dispatch a tech as needed.
Do you cover Peaks Island, Cape Elizabeth, and other nearby areas?
Yes — we serve Portland, Peaks Island and many Casco Bay islands, plus nearby towns like Cape Elizabeth and South Portland. If you’re farther out, call and we’ll confirm coverage and any travel fee.
Are your treatments safe around my kids and dog?
Yes — we use reduced-risk products and baiting first, and we wait to let kids and pets back into treated areas until it’s safe. We also give simple steps you can follow to cut exposure at home.
